TIED IN KNOTS

Tied in Knots is a post-hardcore/metalcore band based in Atlanta, Georgia, blending emotionally driven heaviness with a nostalgic edge. Rooted in the music that first inspired them, the band delivers a sound that’s both familiar and fresh—channeling the raw energy of the 2000s scene through a modern lens.

Fronted by vocalist Chris, with Jordan on guitar and vocals, Marcos on drums, and CC on bass, Tied in Knots creates music that speaks to the gut-wrenching, anxious feeling that inspired their name.

Their debut EP is currently released featuring Taylor Barber of Left To Suffer, Eddie Hermida of Suicide Silence & All Shall Perish, Lil Lotus, and Ollie Baxter of Broadside. The band has already completed another unreleased 6 song EP accompanied by three music videos, and is deep in the process of writing the next wave of material. The unreleased work is streamed below in the media player. They work with their producers both Sean Dolich and Austin Coupe of MOODRING.

Chris, in addition to fronting the band, is a successful tattoo artist and owner of Nimbus Tattoo in Tyrone, Georgia. With over 70,000 followers and clients traveling from around the world, his creative reach extends far beyond the stage.

Beyond the music, CC directs, shoots, and edits all of the band’s visual content, bringing a cohesive artistic vision to everything they release. As a music video director, CC has worked with bands signed to Fearless Records, Equal Vision, Velocity, UNFD, and Modern Empire, and is currently managed by Monkier Management, owned by Joey Bradford of The Used.

Jordan is the guitarist and vocalist for Tied in Knots, bringing over a decade of experience in songwriting, performance, and sound design. A seasoned musician with a deep knowledge of both gear and software. Before forming Tied in Knots, Jordan and frontman Chris played together in a previous project, touring and building the chemistry that now fuels the heart of the band.

Marcos is the drummer for Tied in Knots, known for his technical precision, dynamic control, and unmatched versatility behind the kit. A true veteran of the craft, Marcos brings a powerful yet intentional energy to every performance—whether in the studio or on stage. In addition to his work with Tied in Knots, he’s an in-demand live and session drummer, regularly performing with artists across genres and filling in on tours. His adaptability and speed make him a standout in any lineup.

CHEAP FLOWERS

"Cheap Flowers"  the first track off our unreleased second EP entitled "Gloom" is a haunting track from Tied in Knots that captures the emptiness that follows loss—and the hollow words people offer when they don’t know what else to say. With heavy, melodic instrumentation and raw vocals, the song cuts through the noise of forced sympathy, delivering an honest take on grief and disconnection.

Residealone.Rx

"Residealone.Rx" dives into the lingering impact of loss—the kind that reshapes who you are at your core. Told through a hypothetical lens, the track explores the haunting question: Would they even recognize who I’ve become since they’ve been gone? With emotionally charged vocals and a dark, atmospheric edge, the song captures the quiet devastation of grief and the identity shifts it leaves behind.

DEEP SEEDED

"Deepseeded" is a haunting reflection on memory, grief, and the emotional aftermath of loss. The track captures the fragmented, scatterbrained headspace that followed the death of the vocalist's brother—paired with vivid recollections of sorting through a flood-damaged childhood home. Beneath the wreckage lies a desperate attempt to reconnect with memories that trauma has buried. With emotionally raw lyrics and a sonically weighty backdrop, "Deepseeded" explores the quiet chaos of grief and the pain of forgetting what you never wanted to lose.

dontyouscareme ft. Lil Lotus

“dontyouscareme” ft. Lil Lotus is an intensely personal track from Tied in Knots, confronting the emotional weight of grief. Reflecting on the years Chris held onto his late brother’s belongings without facing the pain, the song dives into the journey of finally processing loss and finding the strength to speak about it. With raw lyrics and a powerful guest verse from Lil Lotus, it’s a fearless exploration of healing.
